04.21.09 - New Blog

Since our family is growing, we've started a new blog at http://www.the-steins.com. We planned to do this after Jackson's birthday, but decided to go ahead with it so everyone can keep tabs on both Jackson and our new pregnancy. This site will probably not be updated any more. We will soon have a new gallery on the other blog, so keep your eyes open for that.

04.18.09 - Big News!

Jackson will be a big brother this December! We found out on Thursday and we just know that he will make a wonderful brother to his new little sibling. This good news was much needed after an awful week. Jackson had a tummy bug for 5 days. It started the night before Easter with projectile vomiting. He threw up like clockwork every 10 minutes until about 3:30 in the morning. He was so lethargic and just not himself and it was very scary. He continued vomiting for the next several days and got very dehydrated. So much so, that his urine was actually orange. Luckily, he seems to be back to his normal self now and acts like nothing ever happened. I don't want to go through anything like that again anytime soon! Yesterday, Jackson learned how to sing. We were eating dinner and he just belts out "la la la Elmo's World". It was so unexpected and so adorable. Now he is singing it all the time.
