03.24.09 - Poopoo

Yesterday, Jackson went poopoo in the potty for the first time! We had no plans, so I decided to put his potty in the living room, take off his pants and diaper, arm myself with carpet cleaner, and see what happened. Well, he got up from playing, went over and sat down on the potty, and left a nice pile of poop in the potty! He was a little scared when he stood up and kept pointing to it and saying "no no", but I quickly told him it was a good thing and how happy and proud I was of him for pooping in the potty. He got two stickers for his potty chart and a cookie for being such a big boy. However, he went on to pee on the carpet twice later on in the day, haha. Oh well, it's a step in the right direction!
